Industry Dance Co. began in 2017 with a bold vision from our founder, Siobhan: to create a dance studio like no-other, that prioritised quality education, kindness, and a nurturing environment for students. Starting with a single evening in a small hall in Tahmoor, Siobhan’s dream quickly took shape. Within six months, we opened our first dedicated studio, marking the start of a rapid and exciting period of growth.

In 2018, we expanded to Goulburn, opening a second location that brought new opportunities to share our passion for dance. This milestone was more than just an expansion—it was a testament to the trust and support of our growing dance family.

In 2019, our Tahmoor studio grew to it's current facility which is currently under construction to include an additional 200sqm of studio space and new facilities.

Today, Industry Dance Co. operates with a dedicated team of 23 staff and is trusted by over 600 families. We are constantly inspired by the incredible community we’ve built together and are humbled to see the lasting impact we’ve had on our students' lives.

While we’ve grown, our founding principles remain at the heart of everything we do: fostering confidence, nurturing excellence, and celebrating each student’s unique journey. Our story is one of passion, resilience, and community, and we’re grateful to every family that has been part of it. As we look to the future, we’re excited to continue growing, innovating, and creating a space where every dancer can shine.
