ENTER GATE 4 on Charlotte St to find parking spaces in the front car park. ENTER GATE 5 for more parking behind McGrath Hall, also on Charlotte Street.

Drop off: All tinies will be escorted to the change rooms with all of their belongings. Mini's will sit in the audience with their parents or guardians. You will be alerted when to bring them side of stage.

Pick Up: Students will be signed out when leaving and will be picked up from the stage door. 


-There is no rehearsal for our twirler students.

-Strictly no parents backstage. 

-Please ensure you have an updated phone number with us, we will be sure to contact you with any issues backstage. Our amazing teachers are wonderful and will take the very best care of your little one. 

General Information

Hair, Make Up & Accessories


Will remain in a low slick middle part pony tail for the duration of the show. Please ensure you use gel and hairspray to firmly secure the hair. (See photos)

Is totally up to each individual parent - we recommend pink lipstick & some BB cream if possible. (See photos)


Ballet Routines: Pink ballet shoes with elastic's and tan stockings (ensure these are from IDC to avoid colour discrepancies) 

Jazz Routines: Black jazz shoes and tan stockings (ensure these are from IDC to avoid colour discrepancies) 

Tap Routines: Black tap shoes and tan stockings (ensure these are from IDC to avoid colour discrepancies) 

Acro Routines: Bare feet and tan stockings (ensure these are from IDC to avoid colour discrepancies)

Please bring your costumes hung! Please bring all of your shoes / food etc. in your dance bag.


If your child is in multiple dances please ensure your child knows which costume goes on first.

Tenille Salmon Soul Images will be holding a photo day at IDC Tahmoor on the 14th of December by appointment only, this is not compulsory. Once booked we can’t cancel or refund and that the time they book is their ‘call time’ and they must arrive dressed and ready to shoot and we will rotate as children change so their session may take longer then then the 5 minutes so please allow extra time. Limit 3 costume changes and siblings must book back to back.


We are having the amazing Fabulous Photos taking live stage shots on the day. All her galleries will be uploaded within 7 days of the show and will be available to purchase. The private gallery will be emailed when it is released. 

STRICTLY NO PERSONAL PHOTOGRAPHY! It is an offence to take pictures of minors without permission and voids copyright laws, anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave & reported. 


Ticket sales go live on October 1st at 6pm via

Seats are allocated! Tickets are $30.

Students do not require a ticket & Mini performers do not require a ticket. 

This year, the venue is a lot smaller, it is only a 300 seat teared theatre, so please ensure you get in on time to avoid disappointment, also be considerate with tickets so that all parents get a seat. 


We have a brand new and very reputable video company - It's Productions. You can see their prior works via 

DVD's are $45 for a digital copy of $50 for a hard copy.

The fee will be applied to accounts 1 month before the concert & the DVD should be ready in January.


Costume deposits come out on the direct debit of September 12. Costumes are being purchased over the October School Holidays, the remaining balance will then be added to accounts ready for week 1 term 4. The remaining balance will fluctuate depending on the costume but will be no more the $30.
Costumes will not be able to go home unless the full amount is successfully direct debited.
Costumes will be handed out in class.
If you would like a body stocking for quick changes let us know, we sell them as part of Industry Dance Wear.
Please ensure that all costumes are hung in a safe space at home.



Putting on our end of year concert is very costly, this year to help ease the cost for us as a school and for parents in ticket prices etc. we have created a sponsorship package. If you are wanting more details please email and we can talk you through some options. We would be forever grateful and a show like this couldn't go on without the help.
We will be doing a small chocolate drive to get funds to provide our students with a special gift, last year it was their IDC drink bottles. We would greatly appreciate if you could take a box home to sell, we will be expecting these in a few weeks. 


I know for many of you this will be your very first dance concert, we like our concerts to be stress free & fun! Please know that it is a very busy time for our teachers so try to make use of our ‘Industry Dance Co. Tahmoor Parents’ Facebook group ( - many seasoned dance parents will be happy to help you and answer your questions. If you are still confused, please do not hesitate to ask.
