IDC GOULBURN CONCERT 

Concert:

Date: Sunday December 15th

Arrival 2:30pm

Show begins: 3:00pm

Show finishes approx.  4:30pm

-Drop off:

All Tinies will be escorted to the change rooms with all of their belongings - strictly no parents backstage due to child protection laws. 

All Mini's will remain in the audience with their parents until their routine is called.

-Pick Up: Students will be signed out when leaving, students will be dismissed from youngest to oldest.

-No parents backstage/change rooms.

-Please pack lunch & drinks

-Please ensure you have an updated phone number with us, we will be sure to contact you with any issues backstage. Our amazing teachers are wonderful and will take the very best care of your little one. 

Hair, Make Up & Accessories

FINALE COSTUME

All students will perform in their regular class dance along with a finale. We ask that students bring any clothing that is black, denim and blue to get dressed into. Go as crazy as you like with accessories (bandanas, headbands etc.)

HAIR

Will remain in a low slick middle part pony tail for the duration of the show. Please ensure you use gel and hairspray to firmly secure the hair. Straightened if possible (See picture)

MAKEUP - STAGE MAKE UP!

(Totally up to each individual parent - we understand they are only little but below is the recommended)

-Foundation

-Bronzer/Blush

-Mascara (if your little one will let you!)

-Pink Lipstick (Matte & BRIGHT)

ACCESSORIES

Ballet Routines: Pink ballet shoes with elastic's and tan stockings

Jazz Routines: Black jazz shoes and tan stockings 

ALL STOCKINGS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM INDUSTRY DANCE CO TO AVOID COLOUR DISCREPANCIES!

All shoes & stockings can be purchased from Industry Dance wear in store or via https://www.industrydancewear.com/

Please bring your costumes hung! Please bring all of your shoes / food etc. in your dance bag.

 

If your child is in multiple dances please ensure your child knows which costume goes on first.

STUDIO PHOTOS:

Tammy from Nexus Photography will be doing photos of our tinies AFTER their concert. It is not compulsory but we highly recommend you get some happy snaps for you to remember their first IDC concert.

LIVE PHOTOS:

We are having the amazing Nexus Photography taking live stage shots during the concert. All her galleries will be uploaded within 7 days of the show and will be available to purchase. The private gallery will be emailed when it is released. 

STRICTLY NO PERSONAL PHOTOGRAPHY! It is an offence to take pictures of minors without permission and voids copyright laws, anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave & reported. 

TICKET ORDER:

Ticket sales go live on October 1st at 6pm via https://www.trybooking.com/BFPKW

Seats are allocated! Tickets are $28.

Students do not require a ticket.

DVD ORDER:

We have a very reputable video company - It's Productions. You can see their prior works via https://itsproductions.com.au/ 

DVD's are $45 for a digital copy of $50 for a hard copy.

The fee will be applied to accounts 1 month before the concert & the DVD should be ready in January.

COSTUME INFORATION

COSTUMES ARE ON A HIRE BASIS - ANY COSTUMES NOT RETURNED WILL INCURE A $60 PURCHASE FEE.
$15 Costume deposits come out on the direct debit of September 12. The remaining $15 will be added onto the Week 1 & 2 Term 4 (Direct Debited on October 10)
Costumes will not be able to go home unless the full amount is successfully direct debited.
Costumes will be handed out in class and must be returned on the day of the concert.
If you would like a body stocking for quick changes let us know, we sell them as part of Industry Dance Wear.
Please ensure that all costumes are hung in a safe space at home.

Putting on our end of year concert is very costly, this year to help ease the cost for us as a school and for parents in ticket prices etc. we have created a sponsorship package. If you are wanting more details please email goulburn@industrydanceco.com and we can talk you through some options. We would be forever grateful and a show like this couldn't go on without the help.
CHOCOLATE DRIVE
We will be doing a small chocolate drive to get funds to provide our students with a special gift, last year it was their IDC drink bottles. We would greatly appreciate if you could take a box home to sell, we will be expecting these in a few weeks.

I know for many of you this will be your very first dance concert, we like our concerts to be stress free & fun! Please know that it is a very busy time for our teachers so try to make use of our ‘Industry Dance Co. Goulburn Parents' Facebook group - many seasoned dance parents will be happy to help you and answer your questions. If you are still confused, please do not hesitate to ask. I would like to thank you again for your support throughout Industry Dance Co.’s concert. We can’t wait to show you what we have created!
