Service Description

18yrs+ only. EMPOWER is a class where you will learn the technical skill of heels. This class on the mental blocks stopping you from exposing your most confident self. Lessons on confidence and performance and paramount in this class. Difficulty is intermediate level, open to both beginners and seasoned dancers. Heel's is different to your regular dance class! We recommend wearing heels that are peep toe which allows your foot to use the whole space in the shoe. Also heels that are above the ankle and lace up to allow for full ankle support. Stiletto is preferred to make sure you have your weight completely over your toes and is traditional for a heels shoe. Over all - we just need a shoe that you are comfortable in and the suits your foot.
